This section showcases complete structural models, categorized by the software used for their development (SeismoBuild or SeismoStruct). You can download the project files for each model and open them directly in the corresponding software on your computer to explore the modeling process, parameter settings, and analysis results firsthand.
This is a 7-storey building that has been built in the 1980’s with small and lightly reinforced members and is strengthened with inverted V-shaped steel braces, FRP systems and RC jackets. The SeismoBuild project files, for both the existing and retrofitted buildings, are provided for the Nonlinear Static Procedure NSP with pushover analysis. The models have been created by C. Giannelos and V. Kasimis.
