This section showcases complete structural models, categorized by the software used for their development (SeismoBuild or SeismoStruct). You can download the project files for each model and open them directly in the corresponding software on your computer to explore the modeling process, parameter settings, and analysis results firsthand.
This is a case study of the model of an existing 3-storey building that is being retrofitted with several different strengthening methods: (1) RC Jackets, (2) New Shear Walls, (3) Steel Braces (4) Steel Exoskeletons. The SeismoBuild project files, for both the existing and retrofitted buildings, are provided for different methods of analysis, the Linear Dynamic Procedure LDP, the Nonlinear Static Procedure NSP and the Nonlinear Dynamic Procedure LDP. The models have been created by Seismosoft.
