This is an 8-storey new Romanian building with shear walls in both directions. The sequence of the shear failures of the members is correctly simulated, by the automatic calculation of the code-based shear capacity and the introduction of a 20% member residual strength after failure, for which reason the pushover curve features a clearly defined descending branch with sudden drops of the capacity. The SeismoStruct Pushover and Eigenvalue analysis files are provided. The model was created by DI&A Design.
