Before trying, would like to know whether SB is capable of checking RC beam-column joints in cases when the columns are jacketed with RC jackets?

As you may see in the Verification reports of SeismoBuild, available in https://seismosoft.com/support/seismobuild-support/, joints checks are also executed for the jacketed sections.
