Progressive collapse under pseudo-static loading

Post by lpysciei@aliyun.com »

Hi~
I want to know how to calculate the continuous collapse simulation of concrete structure under the pseudo-static loading. Which calculation module should I use? The test setup as follows. In the experiment, the test frame was performed under displacement control.
Best wishes,

This sounds like a static pushover analysis. Consult the Help System and the Verification Manual to make a final decision on whether to use static pushover or adaptive pushover.

Pushover analysis is convenient if the load is applied in one direction. if the load is applied in both the positive and the negative directions (i.e. back and forth) a static time-history analysis is usually better.
