mass in eigenvalue analysis

I counted to ask, if the software, in the eigenvalue analysis, considers the mass of the element, since trying a simple tariff, frames in SAP do not find the results

You have flexibility in generating the system mass. The software permits you to choose the method used in generating the system mass in the 'Project Settings' --> 'Gravity and Mass' dialogue.
