Good morning,
I performed some cyclic pushover analysis with the last version of the program using the "static pushover analysis" analysis type, and specifying different response control phases.
Today I tried to run the same file on the new SeismoStruct version (because it isn't possible to read the old output files) and it doesn't work any more.
I see that the analysis stops when the load factor becomes negative and I suspect that it has to do with the new infrmDB element parameter "Activation Time/L.F.". I think that when the load factor become negative the elements are disactivated.
Do you agree with me about the possible explanation of my problem? What can I do to run the analysis again? Consider that I would rather not use the "static time hysory analysis" because it is conceptually different from my previous analyses.
Thanks for your answer,
Sabrina

Re: Activation Time/L.F.
Dear Sabrina,
In the upcoming release (v5.2.2) it will possible for users to introduce negative activation times, in order to prevent the anomalous behaviour that you rightly signalled to us.
Many thanks for your assistance with this,
