Deformed Shape-pushover-Perfomance Criteria

Hi.
I ran a static pushover analysis to a 3D buildig model composed of inelastic frame elements, but each time I try to view the deformed shape with the Performance Criteria display checkbox checked, an error appears saying:
Access violation at address 006BF7CD in module 'SeismoStruct.exe'.
