How to like 2 nodes

Dear,

I modeled a building based on several standaard units (6x3m).
I wanted to connect this units to L-shape building. I have done this with constraints - constraint type: rigid link.
When looking at the results I see that several units are moving very much relative to a neighbouring unit; There is a gap arising between the units.

I did the same with equal DOF and still I get a translation in the link. What is a good manner to model this?

Can it be that you are using the penalty functions method for the rigid links but with a very low penalty functions expoonent? Try for instance for the case of rigid links a value of 14-15.
