Access violation at address ... in module ...

Hi, I tried running an analysis (Eigenvalue) but after the «node checking» (and before «node reordering») the following message appears:

"Access violation at address 0072F78E in module 'SeismoStruct.exe'. Write of address 00000A2B."

I've read a very similar topic and you couldn't help. But in my case I've run this same model before I did some changes (simply removed some nodes and elements) and other models too in this computer and never had such a problem. I tried to restart the computer and nothing.

I have different models of the same building (with slight differences) saved with different names and they all work, except this latest version. I wonder what change can I possibly have made that is resulting in this error.

I hope you can give me some advice because I have no ideas left.

I just corrected some mass elements that weren't connected to the right nodes and somehow the aforementioned error stopped occurring. It's fine now.
