Dear mortezarazi,

Thank you for answering to the query of another user; this is exactly what we would like to see happening more in this Forum, which should not be simply a place where Seismosoft answers to users, but rather a place where users help each other.

Since we develop and supply this software for free, we obviously cannot provide the type of technical support that commercial enterprises do, for obvious reasons of lack resources. We appreciate that this may be frustrating at times, but the reality is that we earn our living doing other jobs.

We nonetheless believe that, notwithstanding the above, we still manage to provide many researchers, students, engineers, analysts, etc, with a software that is of use to them. In any case, you are right, we should soon commercialise the software and/or its technical support, so as to provide the paid response that users like your good self would like to receive.
