for implemention of an iDA analysis of a comon frame
for example a 6storey with 3bays , how many element should be assigned to a member? beams and coloumns?
i mean that each member neads to be divided to how many elements to get a reasonable and reliable conclusion?
how much accuracy changes with the number of elemnts.
we know that time of analysis grows rapidly by increasing elements number?
can we trust for members by just one element?
