obscured labels

Post by lombardi6 »

Hi,
by opening a file, I realized that the writing no longer appear: to the X,Y,Z axes are associated colored squares as well as the structural nodes. What happened?[B)]
Thanks!!!

Dear Lombardi,

You may change these settings through the "Basic Display Settings" and the "3D Plot Options". For more information about these settings you may consult the User Manual, the Help System or the video about Open GL settings, available in the following links:

Dear Lombardi,

Have you tried to change the settings i mentioned above? If you have already checked that you have set the structural nodes visible in "3D Plot Options" module and the "Show element's local axes" check box is selected, then could you send us a screenshot so that we can take a look at it?

Now, I'm using Seismostruct 7.0.0. Before today, I didn't open it for a few weeks.
If I uninstall and reinstall the program, automatically I install the new version 7.0.2?It could affect my existing files?

Dear Lombardi,

In order to install the SeismoStruct v7.0.2 you should download the setup file from our webpage. It is not an automated process. Finally, you will be able to process the files that you have already created in SeismoStruct v7.0.0 with the latest version7.0.2.
