Hi,
Often times in the "Analysis Output" tab when I try to paste the information for the "Output Stresses and Strains at Selected Locations (Stress Points)" I receive an error as "List index out of bounds (206 or some other random numbers)". I searched for this error, couldn't find similar error.
I want to choose so many output points, that's why instead of choosing one by one in the tab in SStruct, I write all of my required points in Excel, and when trying to paste, this happens. Although it gives an error, but it does the paste command, but you won't be able to undo it. And if you try to do, it'll crash.
I am positive about the correct format of data input for SStruct and correct element name and rebar coordinates that I am writing. I also got this error on some of the verification models that I tested for this reason. You won't get this error if you choose each of your desired stress point manually from the SStruc dialog box. But, I get this error when I write all those points in Excel and want to paste them instead.

Indeed there is a bug in the program, apologies for the inconvenience. The bug has been corrected in v7, which is expected to be published by the end of May.

Is there a limit on the NUMBER of "Selected Output Stresses and Strains"? Such thing is not mentioned in the user manual.
To avoid the aforesaid range check error, copying the output stress points from excel in "group of five" instead of "copying all the 450 rows of output stresses and strains written in EXCEL seemed to work. However, another range check error appears upon running the analysis.
Could you please help for a workaround at the moment using v 6.5? I need to obtain the strain-strain histories for a large number of points.

For the Output Stresses and Strains in Ver. 7 something seems not right to me.
Definitely you can paste as many as output points, with no problems. Thank you.
However, if you
1) define for example one steel fiber as the output point and correctly selected it, then
2) select another arbitrary fiber for concrete, then
3) if you get back to your previously output defined, it is automatically changed to confined concrete region and a concrete fiber is selected (which steel fiber is supposed to be selected).

Unfortunately, we could not duplicate the bug in the Strains and Stresses dialog box. In the third screenshot that you sent, the selected monitoring point is not the rebar, but rather the concrete m.p. in the vicinity of the rebar (highlighted in green). You mean that you cannot select the rebar again with the mouse? (one has to be careful in the selection because of the small size of the rebars, if you zoom in with the mouse third button, things will become easier).

Let me clarify. It was not a mouse selection issue. I could select all of my desired rebars first.
