IDA/Damping/element

Hello
I have modeled 3D RC frame structures with infrmFBPH(30% plastic length) & my analysis is IDA, I have 3 questions:
1-Is it possible in Seismostruct to change record automatically, i.e. I have 20 records with different scaling factor & I want when software finish first record ,it start another one??
2- Is the assumption of infrmFBPH(30% length) instead of infrmFB is true with good accurate for IDA analysis(my output data is only rotations and displacement)??
3-according to Manual is it correct that Rayleigh Damping with the same Damping Ratio(5%) for both Mode take precedence over global Rayleigh Damping??
