hinge modeling (release DOF)

how can we model beam with hinge-end in frames? or how can we release special DOF? for example beams in braced frame.

Attach a link element to the frame elements, and define as zero (or a small value) the stiffness of the DOFs you wish to release. Read the Help System for further guidance.
