Access violation at address 0046859F in module ‘Se

Hi,
I’m trying to change a value for confinement factor of concrete, so everytime when I click the button to open “Confinement Factor Calculation” window, I got a code error message saying “Access violation at address 0046859F in module ‘Seismostruct.exe’. Read of address 00000000”. How can I fix this?

This seems a bit strange. Which version are you using? If you are not using the latest version (v5.2.2 build 10), download it from the web-site. If you are using it, try to uninstall your installation and re-install the program.
