Wrong number of structural element nodes

Dear seismosoft support,

I have 12 story three bay steel frame with chevron bracing and I want perform eigen value analysis when I run my analysis I got error below:
Wrong number of structural element nodes in procedure GetNodesSequence
What is the meaning of error?

Dear Ali,

The error message that you get means that one or some of your elements are not linked to the needed number of structural nodes. Please check that all the elements are linked to structural nodes.
How have you modeled your structure? Have you edited the *.spf file with a text editor?

Thank you for your help the problem is resolved, the name of element was written in capital letters in element classes section but the name of element was written in small letters in element connectivity section and I modeled my structure
