I need to know how to consider a cyclic horizontal load in seismotruct and it`s possible to plot in output the hysteritic curves of the momemt vs curvature

Hi meftikal,
You can easily create a Force Dynamic Time-History Load in the Applied Loading module, which should be applied in agreement with the intended Time-History curve. You will then be able to extract the moment and the curvature in the post-processor.
