changing default constant icons

Dear seismostruct.
While we create model and define rebars or confinement coefficient and save it. an other time we want to know, what was defined in that icon, It shows the default constant and is not convenient while we want to check the model.
It is really recommended to change it to be not constant.
Sometimes Human Error can be acquire and we can't get what we defined before.

Thank you for the suggestion. In the upcoming v7 the management of the confinement factors has been radically improved with the introduction of shear reinforcement in the sections module.
