Some programs generate inelastic displacement spectra for a constant normalized yield strength or some similar parameter held constant.
In SeismoSignal, all inelastic spectra are constant-ductility spectra. Therefore, for any given period and specified ductility value, the corresponding yield displacement is just the inelastic spectral displacement at that period, as read from the generated inelastic displacement spectrum, divided by the specified ductility.
