Rotational Viscous Damper

Hello,
I have just noticed the dashpt element doesn't work for rotational component, the software allows me to insert Cxx - Cyy values but then the analysis doesn't take them into account.
Is it a bug?

Dear Antrox,

We have investigated this matter further, but found no errors in the program. Indeed, the "problems" you had encountered seem to be related to the very low values of Cxx-Cyy that you were using. If you increase such values, you will notice that the results of your analyses do change.
