Post by iranstruct »

Hi,
I'm to provide my disertation in earthquke loaing field
me and my friends are trying different softwares to perform exact and userfriend softs.
there is some questions about seismosoft:
1. when we model a simple frame model like using wizard, buckling is considered by software or other extra provisions should be done? I found something about it in forum and help but not enought was.
simply say is any method to do it simply?
2. in dynamic analysis sometimes assigning diafragm to frames leads to warnings 'diagonal zero ....'
is it comon problem or for me?soloution?

I should thank for your answers

1) yes, additional provisions are indeed required, as discussed in the Help System and in other posts in this Forum.
2) read the Help System, and its 'Processor' section
