How to change the element type of element class

I defined the element class using the FB frame element but now I want to change it for the DB frame element. I click the edit button for opening the element class window but the element type field is inactive.
How to change the element type?

I use many element classes for element define.If I delete and redefine the element class just for changing the element type. The effort is too big.

Copy the infrmFB data to a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel), introduce the necessary changes there (infrmDB elements do not feature the field 'Integration Sections'), and then paste it back to SeismoStruct, this time in the infrmDB module (and after having deleted the original data from the infrmFB module).
