Difference between static time-history & pushover

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the differences between static time-history analysis and static pushover analysis?Is it only for using time history curve in static time history analysis?If yes, how to effect this curve on our model?In dynamic T.H.A. we effect it as acceleration on base nodes but in Static T.H.A. we don't have acceleration in base nodes .
