Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis

Hello

I transferred my model from seismobuild to seismostruct to conduct inelastic dynamic analysis. The basement nodes are considered as fixed supports. I insert the seismic events at these nodes (as acceleration) and when the analysis is finished i see that these fixed supports have displacements. How is this possible?
