energy dissipation per element

Please tell me How to find energy dissipation per element (like concrete shear only or column only , ...) after pushover analysis of RC building?

There is no automatic way to calculate the energy dissipation per element. An indirect way would be to plot the force-displacement curve for the element and calculate the energy as the area below the curve
