Dear humam2104,

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the "Black Boxes" issue. Perhaps you could send me the project and the saved Display layouts at z.gronti@seismosoft.com to check it.

Regarding the Show/Hide Grid option, we have informed you more than once that it is considered a very minor bug and it will be fixed in the upcoming version 2022 of the program. You may refer to viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6508&hilit=show+gri ... 7&start=10 topic to recall it. Hence, I think that the phrase that you used in your video "reported previously but with no luck" is not fair for the people who work in Seismosoft and always try to do their best.

I sent a dummy model that can have the issue reproduced. Thanks.

Dear humam2104,

I couldn't reproduce it. However, the video you sent me made things clear to me. The black boxes that you mention are the elements, that instead of having grey colour become black, probably due to the viewing angle.

I am afraid we could not reproduce such problem. Can it be that you have set the colour of the frame elements to black?
Alternatively, try checking the settings of your graphics card.
