[How?] Launching SStruct.exe from cmd

Is there a way to launch SStruct.exe from cmd? I'm currently opening it using cmd but it gives me an error!
I want to know how I can open it from cmd and specify a file for it to run.
I'm thinking using it for a scripted program I wrote. Thanks.

Unfortunately, you cannot do that. You need to use SeismoBatch for that, which automatically takes care of all the parameters.
