Hi,
I have been trying to model a 3-story building with basement in Building Modeller but it doesnt seem work because Building Modeller seem to start to model from the ground level. Is there anyway to model the building? If possible, i would like to have some examples.
Thank you

Re: Modelling Basement
Dear raven,
The option of modelling Basement Storeys is not available in the Building Modeller of SeismoStruct.
You may model the structure in the Building Modeller without the basement floor and then model the basement within the SeismoStruct main program.

Okay, Thank you.
How about model joint reinforcement? Is it possible to draw concrete joint reinforcement in Building Modeller?

Re: Modelling Basement
You mean the reinforcement of the beam-column joints?
If so, these are automatically considered in the Building Modeller from reinforcement of the adjacent columns and beams, however this facility is only available in SeismoBuild's beam-columns joint checks, not in SeismoStruct. The modelling considers rigid offsets in the joint area in both programs.
