It is possible to create windows and doors in masonry infill?
And if i can create the masonry wall in the middle of slab?

This cannot be done directly, i.e. by specifying the doors and windows. This is done indirectly by reducing the infill panel stiffness and the stiffness. There are guidelines in the literature, the best references that we can give are the thesis and the papers by Crissafulli, the creator of the infill model in SeismoStruct.
