JOINT REINFORCEMENT

Hi,
I have been conducting Cyclic load testing on Beam-Column Joint model.Type of analysis is Static Time history analysis. How do I change the Joint Reinforcement ? I want closer stirrup spacing in the joint region.Please reply as soon as possible.
