stiffness of reinforced concrete sections

hi, I'm new in this forum, I hope to have chose the correct section!
i'd like to know if Seismostruct consider the presence of bars in the calculation of reinforced concrete sections' stifness both in linear and non-linear field, or it consider it only in non-linear one.

Indeed, the rebars are considered in both RSA and the nonlinear analysis methods.
