Matched Accelerogram Data Not Appearing

In carrying out spectral matching and calculating a matched accelerogram, the original, matched, and compared time series plots appear. However, when I select the "Table" option under "Time Series", no data appears from the original or matched accelerogram. This does no good to me, as the data is not obtainable. Please advise. Thank you.

I am unable to reproduce this error.

If you want to send me the target spectrum file and the input accelerogram file I will see if the same error appears on my system.

Hi amalzatec. I still cannot reproduce the error. But there is still hope of getting the data.

Once you see the plot, follow these steps.

1. Hover your mouse over the plot in question.
2. Right click.
3. Select Plot Options.
4. Click on Data to view the x,y matched and original data.
5. Select Export to export the data to a text file or an Excel file.

I hope this helps and that the bug may be identified soon. Perhaps it is something peculiar to your system and sending the system details (processor, graphics card, etc . . .) to Seismosoft might help?

Hi folks in Seismosoft. I was wondering whether the issue concomitant with disappearing the original and match accelerogram data had been tackled or not .

Which issue are you referring too? Probably it must have been fixed some time ago.

The issue, which I have sent to support@seismosoft.com, is that SeismoMatch does not display the values for the matched acceleration record and response spectrum thereunto on a regular basis, despite the fact that the said software has been reinstalled!

Again it is not very clear what you mean. The original and the adapted records and spectra can be displayed on the same plot at the 'Comparing Time Series' (in the Time Series main tab) and 'Comparison' (in the Response Spectra main tab) tabs.
