Dear mangesh shendkar,

Please read the corresponding appendix in SeismoStruct's User Manual to decide which material types are adequate for your model.
The program's default selections (i.e. if you create a model with the Wizard or Building Modeller facility) are the Mander et al. nonlinear concrete model - con_ma and the Menegotto-Pinto steel model - stl_mp.

The Manual and the Help system are quite clear and detailed regarding the capabilities of the various material models included. It is up to each user to decide which model fits their particular needs and circumstances. It is impossible to say one material model fits all circumstances for a pushover analysis.
