Use the rigid diaphragm

I want understand, effect of Constrained Nodes with Rigid Diaphragm on flexural deformation of beams in 3D structures and occurring or not occurring the plastic hing in beams through constraining.
also, whether with use the "Equal DOF" section, yet create plastic hing in beams?
