In my model in which some elements are pinned,I have tested your suggestions but it didnt work and the problem persists.Is it related to software bugs or my model has another problem?

I didnt mean that.I meant the intersection of horizontal members.Is there a command in seismostruct to search and find the points that have such problems?

Thanks a lot.I have edited the columns but the problem hasnt solved.the distances you told are less than 1 mm about 0.4 mm or so.how can I find these among a great number of elements that i have?
Should I rebuild my model completly?
