Dear Sirs,
I have a problem at installing Seismo Match 2022 release_1. It said that "Fail to get UBR" when i open the program. and also it cannot import and read my accelerogram data. I have the academic license. Please help.

Could you please check if you use the current version of SeismoMatch available in https://seismosoft.com/support/seismomatch-support/

Also, could you send me a screenshot of the error message you receive and your license's key details at z.gronti@seismosoft.com?
