You may assign link elements. There is a number of models with link elements available in the verification examples.

Thank you. I have a further question:
In the masonry tutorial (video on youtube Channel) the horizontal forces are1 applied at each node along the x direction and not only at the corners of the building. Is there any particular reason why it is modelled like this?

Explaining the Pushover analysis is out of the scope of this forum which is dedicated to the use of Seismosoft's applications. This is an issue better discussed with your supervisor.

Noted, however I was just trying to understand the rationale for doing this in the tutorial. I will however consult my supervisor.

The pushover forces simulated the inertia dynamic forces, hence on principle they are applied where there are structural masses.
However, simplification are applied and usually they are applied at the beam column joints.
