Dear Sir,
Could you please assist me in finding epicentral distances of the earthquakes that are given in Seismo Spect database...
ChiChi.dat
Friuli.dat
Hollister.dat
Imperial_Valley.dat

Epicentral distances of database records
Re: Epicentral distances of database records
Generally speaking, I think it is advisable to obtain ground motion records for research and practice from international organizations which have thorough processing procedures for baseline adjustment, filtering, and metadata preparation. Examples include the European Strong Motion Database, COSMOS, PEER, the Italian Accelerometric Archive, etc. Nonetheless, I have previously compiled this data based on information in the headers in the samples in SeismoSpect and the table below gives the data for those records.
Event Mw Station EpiD HypD Rjb VS30 Site Class
Chi-Chi 7.62 TCU045 77.50 77.91 26.00 705 C
Fruili 6.50 TOLMEZZO 20.24 20.87 14.97 505 C
Hollister 5.60 USGS1028 20.61 21.90 19.55 199 D

can someone help with information on component for creating and adding required number of records without the BDE in Ddelphi 4? freeware or shareware.

What exactly do you mean Kamrack? Which is the operation that asks you for the BDE?
