I got IDA curve but vertical axis is base shear. How I can change it to first mode acceleration with 5% damping Sa(T1,5%)?

Sadraddin, your specified scaling factors will correspond to the various values of the first mode spectral acceleration. You will have complete control of plots if you do the post-processing in a spreadsheet such as Excel. You may get tabular values of any response parameter for each specified scaling factor and produce virtually any plot you like.
Frankly, I believe it is good that the team at SeismoSoft has set the program up this way. It does make you think about the results you are producing and the tabular values along with the ability to copy and paste these tabular values into other programs, like Excel, provide the ultimate flexibility in customizing the reporting and presentation of results.
It might be a bit of a struggle at first to get what you want, but it will be worth the effort in the end.
