Hi, I would like to know if the adaptive pushover analysis can be used for building space and not just for plane frames. If this is possible where you can find references to further the argument.
greetings

Re: adaptive pushover for spatial frames
Dear mattia86,
Yes, of course, you can certainly make use of displacement-based adaptive pushover to assess spatial frames.
For what concerns possible references, as usual, you should carry out a literature review on the topic, using the usual steps for such things:
- search online for papers in technical journals such as JEE, BEE, EESD, Spectra, etc that address the topic of "adaptive pushover 3d asymmetric buildings"
- search in Google using keywords such as "adaptive pushover 3d asymmetric buildings"
- read reports that feature extensive literature review on the topic, such as http://tinyurl.com/6dkatgy
- look into some of publications included in the Bibliography section of SeismoStruct's Help System
