FRP under reinforced concrete beam

Is it possible to model concrete beam sections (rectangular) with FRP laminet layer under it? plaease kindley tell me wich section type must be used and how.

mass and selfweight of members

Is selfweight of elements of structure (e.g. beams and columns) and
extera mass that define by user in section definition, automatically convert to mx,my,mz and rotational masses? or only mz is considered by program?
