can we develop such a hysteretic response specifying different loading and unloading stiffness using any other link element in the Seismostruct repository?

When using the SCB link element, we can specify both the initial stiffness and the post-yield stiffness.
However, is it possible to specify the unloading stiffness?
because I need to simulate the behavior of a friction spring with different loading and unloading stiffness.

I am working on pounding mitigation between adjacent bridges. I need to implement a rubber bumper between two girders using a multilinear strain hardening model. Is there any way to do it using link elements?
