Dear all,
I have a question:
How is nonlinearity implemented in the program?
Physical nonlinearity is included in the material laws.
How is geometric nonlinearity implemented? How is it implemented according to Theory II. Order?
Thanks and kind regards,
Julia

Re: Predeformation of system
Thanks for the answer.
Why is it not possible to apply a permanent displacement to a node and an incremental load that is then increased?
Thank you for the answer.

Predeformation of system
Dear all,
I would like to apply a pre-deformation to the system to simulate pre-damage. For example, there is already an interstory drift or a maximum roof drift of 1% and then I do the pushover analysis. How is this possible?
Thanks and kind regards,
Julia

Step output / Nodal displacements
Dear all,
In a previous version I could read out the nodal displacements for each eigensolution under Step output. Now this is no longer possible, but it is only displayed per output no. Where can I find the nodal displacements for each eigenform?
Many thanks for the answer.
Kind regards,
Julia

Re: Step output / Nodal displacements
Thank you very much for the answer. I'm sorry I'm wrong and was going to ask it at Seismostruct, so I'll post it there again.
Thank you

Re: Regarding infill deformation
I have also a question about the infill deformation. What is the unit? is it a length unit, e.g. m, or is it dimensionless, e.g. % for interstorey drift?
Thanks for your answer and kind regards

Re: Export Performance Criteria Checks
Yes, thats right. But I need the information about all elements in each step.
Thanks

Export Performance Criteria Checks
Hello,
is there any possibility to export (other than always select+copy) the results of the Performance Criteria which are shown in the post-processor in the tab "Performance Criteria Checks"?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
