Query regarding the values of RESPONSE SPECTRUM FACTORS

In the software under the section of RSA parameters, the values of Response spectrum factors are given as 1, 1 and 0.7 in X, Y and Z directions respectively. If we want to perform RESPONSE SPECTRUM ANALYSIS with INDIAN STANDARD CODES, what will be the values of these response spectrum factors?
