argument to date encode error

When I run seimosignal invalid argument to date encode error appears on screen.<br/>
I don’t know why this error appears. I also uninstalled seimosignal and installed it again. Also I did exam another laptop but this message exists. <br/>
Please help me to solve this problem.<br/>
