On this issue, is there a way to filter the signal in a frequency range beyond what is on the slider? For longer duration records, filtering at periods longer that 1 sec seems like it would sort of common.

One issue I have noticed is difficulty in baseline and filtering of records without imposing large-amplitude distortion to the displacement time series. The ability to add buffers at the end and beginning of the signal and a taper tool might assist in the ability to baseline difficult records.
