1 computer runs Windows 10 and the other one - Windows 8.1.
This problem persists on both systems but only with SeismoStruct.

Hi,
I've tried to install it on another computer that has OS Windows 8.1. It's the same problem. (Seismosoft2016 works ok on this computer)
I've activated the academic license for SeismoMatch2018 and SeismoArtif2018 on my computer and they work fine.
What should I do next?

I have the same problem. I tried with Administrator Rights and also in compatibility mode for Windows 8. Nothing seems to work.
Would you be so kind and help me?
