For Digitall Instruments : mean pre-event data subtract entire data

the capabilities of Baseline corrections seismosignall , remove mean entire from analog records and remove mean pre-event from entire records Or Before input data to Seismosignal , Analysis Remove mean data ?!

Hello I applied for an academic license and on April 18 I received mail containing key, today i want to register , but I was faced with invalid key Error , what should I do? request again for academic license ?
